Complaints will need to be made in writing and a response will be provided within 28-days of lodgement.

The facilitated course provides online access to materials within the course purchased and scheduled Zoom sessions. The self-paced course access is for materials only.
Zoom sessions will be rescheduled if there is an unforeseen circumstance, the student will be notified of any occurrence.
